It's all about running with a meditative mind. I am practicing this by running with nasal breathing only, not by mouth anymore. And it happens quite naturally. I think if I get back to breath by mouth it would be a struggle to breath by mouth while running.
So below is some of the articles I've read over about it. I am thinking of reading some books on the topic as well. But reading is not really something practical so along the way I still practice and see if I can get to it better (like running faster).
